I’ve heard that a large percentage of the world’s population sleeps in hammocks every night. When it’s not too cold, I find this to be a preferable way to sleep. I usually toss and turn all night on a mattress, but in a hammock, I’m pretty much in the same position from start to finish. If it’s breezy, you get a gentle rocking motion. Plus, there’s a great view of the stars on clear nights. The strap system makes this super simple to set up and take down. The gear pocket is perfect for my flashlight, wallet and keys. It seems well-built and has shown nowhere after several uses. Plus, the price is right.

This thing is great. First, it's cheap. As the title says it's the best $20 I've ever spent. Second, it's compact. The hammock has an attached pouch, so when you are done you just roll up the hammock and straps and stuff them in the attached pouch, which compacts to about the size of a cantaloupe. Third, it's lightweight. I carry this thing in my backpack wherever I go. You never know when you will have some extra time on your hands and a few good trees to attach to. Fourth, it's simple to set up, taking maybe 5 minutes total to be up and running. Finally, it's sturdy. I'm about 150lbs and I think this thing could hold twice my weight if needed. The straps are solid seatbelt like material with triple stitching.Get this thing and keep it in the trunk of your car. You won't be disappointed.

I got the single- 170lb 5ft5.5in tall female. For never having set up a hammock before, it took less than 5 min and was so easy. It’s light, compact, but hasn’t ripped any seems with use all weekend at the campsite. I’m officially converted to hammocks and will be buying one with a net to sleep in. SO comfy. A bonus the color is pretty!

A great hammock at a great price. It does just what it promises and it's definitely worth the price. Other reviews have rightfully addressed the weight of the supplied carabiners - they are ridiculously heavy, - heavier than the hammock itself, for sure. The hammock is really light, and if you can find adequate, light weight replacement carabiners that you are comfortable supporting your body weight, then this is a great hammock. Light enough to add to my bikepacking setup - which is a big ask, considering that every pound is being pedaled around, so it needs to be worth it's weight and effort....and this is. If you are considering this for car camping, it's a no - brainer - weight be damned, the cost is great and it's a nice hammock. Just buy it.

It worked perfectly during our camp trip. Very easy to set up and the pouch is convenient too. Definitely buying another for our next trip.
