Out of box to use in 10 minutes. Very well made, definitely will do the job. Easy to adjust angles. Easy to set-up, use and store away.

The fact that it folds to store away is major Go, Highly Recommend it.
Will be working out at home more with this bench , I can get in shape without the wait one experience at a gym.

Feels stable until its not
The rated weight is way off. It feels stable until it's not. Once you put 400lbs in the middle it will bend the metal and no longer be usable.
