Q: Looking for a replacement fan for my Lincoln pro mig 180 welder. Would this fan be the same?

I put this fan into a 40 year old Miller 225V Thunderbolt. Works great. Real quiet, sometimes I can't hear it running. Air coming out the vents is almost room temp, not hot.

Q: Can this be used with 115v ac?

Yes, and it will only speed half speed, I have used these when noise was a factor and CFM was not important.

Q: I need a fan for cooling a vfd enclosure, i will have a 220v 20a power coming in. i want to confirm that this fan could support my use case?
