The memory seems to work fine in my SuperMicro X9DRL-3F. I was expecting it in retail packaging, but it was delivered in generic DataRam packaging. At this point I am not sure of the warranty status due to it not being in factory sealed packaging.

For those curious about compatability with the Asus DDR3 1066 Intel-LGA 2011 Motherboard Z9PA-D8 (ASMB6-IKVM) I got two of these for a total of 128GB paired with two E5-2670 SR0KX chips. They passed a full memtest with flying colors without any issues posting. :)
