Did you know that most American adults have a magnesium deficiency? We only get this important mineral from the food we eat - we don't produce it on our own. Taking a magnesium supplement can help but absorption can be tricky. Apparently, magnesium absorbs much easier through the skin. So, bath salts are the key and can relieve muscles and lower stress but also induce sleep. Thus product is well priced and effective!

Love the smell and value of this Epsom salt. The velcro closure on the bags isn't ideal and the salt sediment sticks to the "seal" preventing appropriate bag re-closure. I recommend storing the salts in another container or bag after opening. Walgreen's makes a similar private label epsom salt in the same scent, but is only available at certain locations. I prefer the perceived quality of Dr. Teals, but Walgreen's packaging prevails in keeping the salts air tight after opening the bag, preserving the aroma.

Love the quality of Dr.Teal's products and this Epsom salt bath soak is no exception. Lovely strong but not overwhelming lavender scent that will slip you deep into relaxation. I love this to help heal sore muscles or for a wind down after work. Only rated 4 stars because of the price. You can buy at ocean state job lot/Walmart for significantly cheaper. Considering a usual tub requires about 2 cups of Epsom salt to be nicely saturated, you want to make sure you have more than two bags on hand if you take a couple baths a week like I do!

I love this product, I give my Special Needs Son a bath in it before bed, it makes the whole house smell good, which is a bonus. The product was moist and clumpy, but that may just be the lavender fragrance they add, I tried leaving the bags open, but the scent is really strong and takes over the house, but when using it in the bath it isn't overwhelming.

I had never used Epsom salts before but after doing some quick research, I decided to purchase this since it was such a great bargain and Dr. Teal's is a trusted brand.After a long 12 hour night of work, this is my way to relax and give my muscles some pampering. I love the gentle lavender fragrance and how soft my skin feels afterwards. The lovely fragrance lingers for a little while but is not overwhelming.I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Packaging was okay till I noticed there was a slit in it causing the product to spill out.Otherwise I love it, this is roughly the 5th time I've purchased. Sad it made a mess

My favorite!!! I love these Epsom salts so much. I use them in my bath and my skin is so soft after, and my sore muscles feel refreshed and recovered after an intense workout. The lavender scent is great for relaxing in the tub. This brand has never failed to deliver for me.

I love this product it smells amazing sitting in bathtub for 20min as it suggested on packaging is enough to get rid of soreness and take break from everything else with nice smell of Lavender!
