Handy mini chainsaw. Quality of manufacturing is quite good and solid. Great for small stuff trimming small limbs. Easy to hold and maneuver. Good value for money. Nice handy tool to have in your tool shed.

This device was dead on arrival. I have another mini chain saw so I could trouble shoot. The saw itself works great. It's really lightweight and powerful. The problem is the two batteries and the charger. None of them work. As I said, I have another compatible saw so I could try the batteries in another charger (fail), other batteries on this charger (fail) and charging both/either battery with the supplied charger (fail). On the other hand, the saw works great with my compatible other saw batteries. I've written to the company on their website three times asking for a battery and charger exchange but they haven't answered - it's been 5 weeks. No luck. Don't buy this item. Amazon: Get rid of them!

I received my pruning saw and was able to use it straight out of the box. It comes with two batteries and an extra chain. Cuts great and easy to handle. Great little saw for those quick jobs.

Gave this to my husband for Father’s Day. He just tried to charge the batteries this week(July 20th). One of the batteries will not charge.

I love this chainsaw. Best tool I ever bought. May become one of my favorite. Cleaned up some branches I need cut. It is small and was easy to handle.

I had it replaced with new batteries and still they will not charge I really like a portable chain saw but batteries shipped is very poor quality only got to use it once

Terrible! Bought as gift and by the time it was used realized the batteries were the wrong ones, will not work. No power! The charger if for another battery volt also. Out of return window ( 15 days)I bought another one since it was a gift thinking the next one would have the correct set up- nope- also no power does not work. I’m assuming the company accidentally packed the batteries wrong. We had to buy batteries to run the tool, another 20.00. Cool concept for a chainsaw! Hopefully this seller does better!
