This is a very inspiring book, just what I needed. I have a daily mental struggle between being optimistic about the world and being negative - especially with everything that's going on right now with the looming Presidential election. I loved the chapter on getting through that, clearing your headspace of all the negative media whether it be politics or violence. Everything is very fear based right now. It's almost as though the media want us to sit inside in our homes and not go anywhere or do anything. For this reason, I loved Mark's take on it explained in this book.I've been following Mark's blogs for the last few years and he is always very matter of fact, straight to the point and very likeable. I love how his passion for real estate shines through his writing.I got my real estate license and sat on it for a year and did nothing with it as so much fear held me back. After reading this I decided to bite the bullet, join a brokerage and I've just completed their training and have completed a GRI designation. I'm definitely now on the right path.I'm very grateful for finding Mark's blogs and books. Whenever life gets me down I'll reach for his teachings!

I am a Scientist not a business woman, but at the same time I wanted to learn about real estate investment. I joined workshops and read articles but was always inhibited. This book is a must have book, as it is written in a simple straightforward language and addressing people from all walks of life. It is a recipe for success whatever your field is and also it encourages you to forget about all the what ifs and take the plunge into success. I recommend it for everyone.

I've read this book, front to back, made a lot of notes, absolutely a must read. Couldn't believe how so much resonated with me.

I've been a fan of Mark's blog and podcast for about a year now. His insight into the real estate industry rivals the best investors around. What I like most about this book, is that it steps back from the day to day of finding success in real estate investing (like his other books) and gives advice on changing the way you look at the world to build your own success. Mark has always been open with giving honest advice and this book gives great insight into how Mark built his career as an agent, flipper, and rental property investor by first getting into the right state of mind. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to what is come for Mark and InvestFourMore.

This is a great book and inspiring to everybody who really wants be successful in life and in any profession, not just necessarily in real estate. What I liked most about this book is that Mark honestly shares not just his current success, but his early personal struggles and goes into details how he changed his mindset (for example, yearly goal setting). Nothing is left out and his transformation is a real example that should be followed. Excellent material, a must have for people looking for the right mindset to achieve great results.

Mr. Ferguson writes in an easy to read format. It is highly readable. It is also relevant in today's world - he devotes some time to how to disconnect from social media and avoid negativity in your life, which i found particularly useful. He gives a detailed action plan as well on how to achieve massive success. Further he talks about lamorghinis and how the decision to buy one actually made a huge impact on his life. I really enjoyed this book and it is very useful for anyone looking to improve their mindset and go out and get success.

The book might seem to be about his Car addiction in the end i came to realize that because of this goals like cars and positive thinking is what has build him success yes it wont come over night but be happy and keep walking baby!! First book i read in a long time i could not finish any other book the car situation was a lil overwhelming but i kept reading and it paid off i really enjoyed the book
