KowaSV II Binoculars (10x50)

I have always liked Kowa products. These are very good quality and sharp for the size. Not too heavy and not too small. Anything smaller and I have a harder time seeing clearly. Just remember the higher the magnification, the exit pupil will be smaller and harder to see through. 8 magnification is just right for a 32mm. This is just right if you want something to carry on a vacation trip. Good value too.

During a recent hunting trip, I compared these side by side with a pair of my buddy's Zeiss Terra ED10 x 42 bins and they were noticeably brighter at dusk and dawn. Same trip, I snagged my left eyecup and it was pulled from the eyepiece. I wrote to get replacement parts but was told that I needed to return it for warranty repair. I received it back in about a month and they replaced the old bins with a brand new pair! Not necessary but very pleased.
