SRI SRI TATTVAAshwagandha Tablet 500mg, 60Tab (Pack of 2)

I had been having anxiety and depression issues since a year. Was consulting a professional and taking allopathic medicines as well. They didnt work beyond a certain point. Started taking this and it worked wonders! I was exceptionally calm at the end of the day. (Took 1 tablet in the evening every day). But it didnt work at all for someone else I know who also tried this. So mixed reviews i guess.

I had searched over the other products reviews but finally bought this as the capsules are of 500mg as mentioned.In beginning capsule were hard to swallow as of rough surface but slowly I become used to it and yes it works well.My energy level increased and mind is calmed.I definetly recommend this to others

they claim it to be 300mg Ashwagandha root + 200mg Ashwagandha extract in the box.An extract by definition is way more potent , so they kept it only at 200mg.If you see competitors like Himalaya, they sell one tablet with 250mg Ash. extract for a bit lesser price.The 300mg Ashwagandha root is never going to be so potent, so i feel its a bit dishonest when they say it as 500mg.

There is plenty of other material ie. Wheat flour or corn flour in this tablet to increase size or bulking used.
