Better than getting up at night
So worth it! I bought to change out so not to take any chances of causing an UTI since my elderly father uses for night time incontinence. I did buy the underwear and still wet in morning and had to wash every day so I have found a new way to use. I take night time Depends and cut hole to insert urine catcher now he and the bed stay dry. I also lay bag on a bed pad deposable which I lay on floor just in case bag should leak. So far, no problems.

Not for large bellybutton
The belt that came with it was too short so I couldn’t use it. Not good for overweight men. I’m 350lbs and my 6 pack is a cage

Very helpful after prostate surgery
While it's a little embarrassing to talk about catheters and leaks, I feel like it may be helpful to others to share my experience. I had (fingers crossed) prostate cancer and had a robotic prostatectomy about a month ago. Before the surgery I was fortunate enough to be able to speak to someone else who had the surgery recently and he gave me an idea of what to expect. (If you are going to have a prostatectomy, I highly recommend talking to someone who has already had it.) I was expecting to wear something like Depends for a while until I healed up and regained complete control. However, after wearing them I really didn't like the feeling of something wet against my skin. My wife says she can't smell anything, but I can smell the urine and it makes me self-conscious. So I looked for an alternative... I originally bought an external catheter that enclosed the penis and the scrotum. It worked well and didn't leak. However, I ended up with urine on my scrotum and it felt gross. It was also uncomfortable. If I went out shopping I had to adjust it constantly. So I found this Owlfeel external catheter which goes only over the penis. This is much better, with a few exceptions. It doesn't leak. I can sit and stand and it doesn't leak. I haven't laid down flat wearing it or even tried sitting up in bed because I'm afraid it might leak at that point. But I can go shopping, drive my car and go to work wearing it and it's mostly comfortable. I say "mostly" because.... I don't like the way it attaches to my body. The version I bought comes with a jock strap-like garment that the "sheath" part connects to. It has an elastic waistband that goes around my waist and attaches with velcro. My waist is about 36". Even at its loosest, it a little tight. I might be able to get something that will extend the velcro, but it would have been nice of it were adjustable for men of different sizes. While the waistband was a little too short, the strings that go under your legs were excessively long. I ended up not routing them under my legs but also wrapping them directly around my waist. Doing it this way helped to secure it in place so I don't worry about it slipping off. However, I had to wrap it around twice and still ended up with large loops in my knot. I need to mention the vents. There's one at the top of the "sheath" part and one in the urine collection bag. It's not totally clear to me how these are supposed to work. The poorly written instructions on the side of the box say to leave the vent on the bag open while you are using the catheter. I do not recommend this. I had it open and sat down to use the toilet. Urine came out of the vent. I closed it and continued using it and it seems to work fine. I do leave the vent at the top of the "sheath" part open and nothing has come out of it. To sum up, the waistband and string parts need improvement. Other than that, this allows me to do my daily routine without needing adult diapers. I still wear them to bed because I worry about this thing leaking while lying down. Also, wearing it 24/7 would probably get irritating. Hopefully, after I heal and get total urinary control, I will no longer need any of this stuff. Until then, the combination of this catheter (during the day) and Depends (or equivalent) for sleeping is working for me.

Get job done if used correctly.
This product would probably be great if the hose wasn’t as long as it is. It’s too long for the application I need and causes a back up in the urinal which leads to leaking all over yourself. I could probably cut it down to the size I need, but there is no turn back from there if done. Make sure it is hanging off something or in a buck as it will leak out the smaller tube on the top of the bag. Personally bought to create my own urinal collection device, but until then, I wouldn’t recommend without some kind of towel and pad under you.

The best among 3 other similar products from Amazon.
I had prostate removal surgery 5 months ago, I am still suffering from incontinence. I’ve tried many different ways to deal with this situation. Diaper, pad, external catheters, etc. This is so far the best. I also used 3 other similar products and I found this one is the best. With 3 other similar products, I experienced irritations, rubbing to skin a round. I am using adult size not elderly size. With a bag connected, I can sleep through the night without getting out of bed and go to church service, too. Never had problem of leakage. Of cause it’s uncomfortable walking and sitting in a chair but a lot better than all other ways I have tried. I am wearing protective diaper over this device to make tighter fit. I hope and pray for the day I do not need this stuff anymore. I pray for all of you suffering this very inconvenient situation.

Não é tão bom quanto eu pensava.
Funciona, mas o problema é que a urina retorna e acaba molhando a roupa da pessoa.

NOT RECOMENDABLE
The idea is right, the design is wrong! Too small and the outlet, ought to be elongated and wider. WASTED MY MONEY, NEVER GOT A REPLY FROM THE SELLER, NEITHER AMAZON!
