I used to buy another brand with the word Loco in it until I started getting bags of soil that were improperly mixed, had too many of the wrong ingredients in it , pH way off. it was terrible. One time I even got mushrooms in it! Yeah I know. So I found this product it comes fairly dry. Which is good and it has a good balance of stuff in it very similar to the other product I was using so after trying it. it seems to work just as well as the other product did it's a little less product ,but it is what it is. It does work well for my application. potted plants.

It a little hot but the plants get use to it

Depending on your seed needs, you may need to mix with pro mix or worm compost to add density. Adding dolomite lime may also be beneficial for some grows. Plan on having a lot of gnats, so you may consider adding a light layer of sterilized screened sand to the top.

This is the best mix I have used. it has enough perlite iin it to keep it from compacting allowing water to thoroughly penetrate the root zone This is my go to mix for everything I grow which are mostly tropical plants
