Nudge Change Management: Moving Organizations with Data and Transparency

The author has done a lot of research and thought deeply about how to bring people into the change process so that they are helping design the change vs. just finding out about it. I truly enjoy how much I learn when I read Matt's books.

If you want to learn about change management great book to read. Very helpful and the language is not too complicated so many can understand

I had great hopes that the author would take change to a new level. Sadly, the first half of the book is a recapitulation of debunked models. The second half is a superficial look at nudges - but one that ignores the good stuff already written almost a decade ago... There are better books for change beginners, the experience change practitioner won't learn anything.

Being a fan of behavioral economics, this takes nudge theory into an entire new realm.
