KVP Air-O Pet Inflatable Recovery Collar, XL Size Fits 15" to 20" Neck/7" Depth

The valve to blow this thing up was solid. As in, I couldn't blow air into it to inflate it! Had to use a knife to slice a slit into the valve so that I could (very slowly) get air into it. Other than that, it fits my Boston Terrier great! Claims on the packaging to be big enough for a Labrador, but I have two & it is nowhere big enough for their necks!

This deflates sometimes and the inside circumference is small. My dog has a skinny neck so it still fits but you might want to order up if it's close to the measurement they give you for the size. With a short snouted dog this works perfect. My poodle and his long snout can still chew beyond this.

The design is great...the execution sucks. I have 2 puppies that were neutered at the same time. This one combined with a kong inflatable was all that kept one of them from getting at his stitches...UNTIL IT BROKE. both collars developed leaks to the internal bladder within days rendering them useless. The inner bladder is a flimsy plastic and the seams break on their own. No damage to the external shell at all yet they still deflated. And no, i am not allowing them to play together while they heal either. Why they chose a flimsy material for the inner bladder makes no sense when the traditional material inflatables like kong and others use NEVER puncture or deflate. Sooo, the technology is and has been available and in use by many others for years. Extremely disappointed. One lasted only 2 days and the other 4. Way too expensive to break so fast. Try 2 kong or similar inflatables instead! That acts like a cervical collar but comfy and makes it very difficult for them to reach privates.

The media could not be loaded.  Best purchase so far this year! My French bulldog has had bad allergies all his life. He has pills, shots, eye creams, special diet, etc. This year his eyes were exceptionally bad and he was trying to scratch them. The vet put him in a cone for several weeks and none of us have been able to sleep since. This inflatable cone has been amazing at keeping him from scratching his eyes but also allows him to sleep comfortably & drink water on his own. We are still carrying him up and down the stairs & would never leave him alone in this but think it’s great for sleep and if you’re watching him. I ordered an XL for my XL frenchie. He has a 20” neck and 40lbs.

I have a Boston Terrier who is very agile in removing recovery cones, as provided by our local veterinarian after a recent claw injury.A few good swipes against the furniture and it was off and licking could begin again!!! Finding the lampshade style cone archaic and cumbersome for a short necked, flat faced breed, I ordered the KVP Air-O-Pet collar and was very pleased that is was much more comfortable for him and it was easy to inflate. He has been wearing it for nearly 2 weeks and I feel he much prefers this to the other style which blocked his peripheral vision and did not stay in the correct position, thus allowing him to lick his foot. I got this as an add on so the price was great!

My little 3.5 lb Chihuahua has stability issues and falls at times. Instead of flipping like a fish out of water, this inflatable collar keep her head from banging the ground & helps her get back up. It’s probably saving her head AND her life ❤️ And she doesn’t mind wearing it! A great product, well worth the try if you have a little one with similar issues.

Ummm....in WHAT WORLD does this fit a real live dog? To give you some context, that is a pacifier on top of this thing. Do NOT order this. Ugggggg.

THese were a god-send to me! My two small dogs were injured at the groomer's and I originally purchased the traditional E-collars. THey were very uncomfortable and could not eat or drink with those collars.These inflatable collars saved the day! My dogs were no longer terrified when wearing these inflatable collars and were able to eat and drink without any problems.
