The Tile Doctor EpoxyElite EVO is a premium 2-part acid-resistant epoxy grout designed for ceramic tiles and mosaics with joint widths from 1 to 15 mm. Engineered for both indoor and outdoor use, it offers exceptional chemical and water resistance, making it ideal for demanding environments such as pools, kitchens, and industrial spaces. Its smooth, no-drip consistency ensures easy application and a sleek matte finish, while delivering ultra-high mechanical strength for durable, professional results.

## Description

Epoxy Elite EVO Acid-resistant 2-part epoxy mortar for the installation and grouting of ceramic tiles and mosaics with 1 to 15 mm joints, on indoor and outdoor floors and walls. Innovative new approach to Epoxy Mortar that enables a smoother matt finish. Commercial product that can be used as a non-sag setting material and grout product. Extremely easy to install and maintain. 2-part anti-acid epoxy mortar. Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, fine-grain siliceous aggregates, pigments and specific organic additives. Component B consists of an innovative organic catalyst. The 2 parts, once mixed together, form a creamy mixture with excellent smoothness, also for no-drip vertical application. Once hardened, the product has ultra-high performance in terms of mechanical resistance.

## Features

- 2-component acid-resistant epoxy mortar for the installation and grouting of ceramic tiles with joints of 1 to 15 mm width (3/64 in. to 19/32 in.)
- Suitable for the acid-resistant installation and grouting of ceramic tiles and mosaics with 1 to 15 mm wide joints, on indoor and outdoor floors and walls; suitable for applications where the surfaces are exposed to aggressive chemical substances (see chemical resistance table) such as dairies, abattoirs, pubs, food factories in general
- When installing epoxy grout make sure to follow directions and use the proper tools listed in the instruction manual; mix the 2 parts with a small mixer on a drill at a low speed as to not heat up the grout but to mix it thoroughly; also use a green float that is for epoxy grout only
- Mixture life: approximately 1 hour at T = +23°C (73.4°F) recommended application temperature: recommended between +18°C to +23°C (64.4°F to +73.4°F) walkable after: 24 hours at T= +23°C (73.4°F); the surface can be commissioned after 7 days at a temperature of +23°C (73.4°F); at temperatures between +8°C and +12°C (46.4°F to 53.6°F), the product is highly consistent and difficult to apply
- Also recommended for grouting swimming pools or pools containing spring water; please see the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for all fields of application
