Time is short, and we all need images...
... therefore I highly recommend this short book. It has colorful graphics that helped me/ any reader quickly digest the content. I made notes in some pages because I wanted to share them. And I scanned other pages to share with clients who are talent managers. There is an old adage that a picture is worth 1000 words, and a story is worth 1000 pictures. This little book should help any reader create the pictures that support your stories, when helping others maximize the talent in their organizations.Doug Gray, PCC, author of Passionate Action: 5 Steps to Creating Extraordinary Success in Life and Work

A quick, useful read
This is a good book because it is talent and succession management in a nutshell. Ms. Sims delivered the key importance with images and diagrams to illustrate her teachings. I would recommend this book for business leaders who are on the go and does not have enough time to sit down and read a book with 100+ pages. This reading is quick and to the point. Nevertheless, it has enough details and steps provided to start working on the talent and succession management of your company.
