ILife A10 great vacuum
I love my little helper. The ILife A10 is fairly quiet and is very effective on our hard floors. It also handles the entrance mat with ease. I like to turn it on as we go to sleep so we can wake up to clean floors. I recommend this vacuum. I don't totally understand the remote and the app (I am not very techy) just yet, but even without those things, the vacuum does a great job.

3 years and going strong. Would definitely buy again.
Is she perfect? No. Does she make mistakes? Yes. Would I buy her again? Absolutely! My husband makes fun of my robot vacuum because she gets a little confused at times. I remind him that nobody else is going to vacuum our entire 4 bed 3 bath home daily. Recently the robot began giving a "relocation failed" error. After a few days of unsuccessfully waiting for the robot to improve, I remapped it. Now she is again working like a champ. She will go around most obstacles. However, used dryer sheets, socks, shoestrings, and charging cords will choke her. We typically pick up our floor, but sometimes someone leaves one of those things on the floor. I would definitely buy one again, but originally I made fun of people who had a robot vacuum.

Robot forgets rooms.
Robot misses rooms all consistently. It takes off does 1 or 2 rooms and returns to base still fully charged.Also no Alex control. App link broken and still not fixed after a year.Support can only provide canned answers. If you (missing rooms) issue is not on the sheet they stop responding.

Limpia de maravilla
El producto esta muy bien. El único defecto es que cuando empieza a limpiar y por algún motivo toca levantar al robot. El mapa se estropea y parece perdido, no vuelve a encontrar su centro de carga

Absolutely stay away!
I try my best to see the value in things. Please take my word for it. This will make you so frustrated. Save yourself the feelings with anger and go with a different robot.They will try and get you to leave a review within the first few days of having the robot. I have had this for a month and a half. I have rarely had a run with it that didn’t end in error.The first issue was the app. Seems easy at first. You create a map, name it and put a schedule in. Easy enough right? Wrong. If the robot has an error anywhere, and I mean anywhere, it will give you a saying such as “clean turbo brush, or check jump sensors.” It gets stuck on our floor fans almost every run. So much for lidar right.Once you pick the robot up from its error and move it to a different spot, it should, according to the description, start back cleaning in the same area so you don’t miss a spot. It has never done that. It says relocation failed every single time and then just starts cleaning where it wants to.Here is the best part. Once you have an error and you put it back on its charger, that error will stay there until it wants to magically clear itself on the app. Then don’t expect it to do its schedule unless that is cleared. It won’t do anything. On top of that, as soon as you clear it and you tell it to clean, it will tell you relocation failed again and again. Your map will disappear and it it will randomly start cleaning and creating a new map.I have factory reset this thing twice. Same issues each time.I am going to call customer service on this thing. If they don’t or replace, I will keep this review the same. If they do refund or replace, I will change my rating.Absolutely terrible.

My back was killing me constantly from sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. I haven't had a backache since I got the ILIFE Robot.

Worst iLife of the 3 vacuums we own
Loved the mapping idea. In practice it’s a 1 out of 5. Continually has to be restarted because it won’t do the schedule. When scheduled, no object in way and it won’t go but 5 feet from base before returns to base. The only reason to give it a 2 rather than a one is because it will work without mapping or schedule.

I like it, but not 5 stars
I’ve only had it for a month and it’s doing a fine job. Yes I recommend it.BUT the software logs into a cloud service provided by Alibaba. So I deleted the app and run it manually. Happy with it as is.

Battery drains way too fast
Works fine but battery won't last long, it has to recharge at least once to complete the job

Após um ano de uso
Já uso o A10S há um ano, então já tenho uma boa experiência nele.Este mês tive que trocar a bateria pois ele estava desligando após 14 minutos de uso e só voltava a funcionar após nova carga. Aproveitei e coloquei uma bateria mais potente.Depois disso tive que fazer um reset de fábrica e perdi todas as configurações (mapa, schedule, etc)No inicio tive problemas em fazer o mapa do apartamento mas após este último reset eu tive que refazer o mapa e foi bem tranquilo.Precisei de suporte para o problema que descrevi e não consegui nada, a iLife Brasil me disse que como não comprei com eles deveria procurar uma assistência. O fato é que comprei aqui na Amazon num vendedor que se disse ser a iLife Brasil, estranho não é.Só há uma única assistência técnica que fica em SP , para quem não tem muito jeito em "futucar" equipamentos isto é um problema. No meu caso, eu mesmo comprei a bateria e troquei.No dia a dia ele funciona bem , tem dificuldades com tapetes com mais de 1cm e também com tapetes que tenham franja. Nunca usei o MOP.A ligação com a Alexa é péssima, só é possível mandar ligar ou desligar. O ideal seria que pelo menos pudesse mandar limpar um cômodo específico. Por ex: Alexa, diga ao robô para limpar a cozinha.Viajei algumas vezes e o robô cumpriu bem o schedule programado.Não é um equipamento barato , é bom mas quem mora no Brasil deve se preocupar um pouco com a manutenção.

Não tem manual em português
Ausência de manual em português. O manual em inglês não é detalhado o suficiente, o que dificulta muito o entendimento do funcionamento do aparelho.

For vacuuming its not perfect, regular vacuum cleaner is much better, but for mopping it's great.
