COUGARVM410 Ultra Lightweight Over-Ear Headset

A positive these have is there tank like construction. That being said, I wanted to love these but from the bottom ear pad clamp pressure to the over done bass due to graphene drivers. I can't recommend these over other comparable headsets.

I use these both for work video conferencing and playing World of Warcraft. They are EXCELLENT, and I even recommended them to my mother who also needs to go the lightweight route due to neck strain. With a standard weight set, after a night of mythic+ dungeons or a raid night my neck pain would be off the charts. I tried going the earbud with mic route, but after a while they would fall out, and that mic just sounded awful to my guildies in Discord. This set changed that. It is comfortable, has good noise cancelling, good sound, and my neck hurts considerably less. There are not a ton of adjustment options, but the extremely durable and lightweight design totally makes up for that. I was scared to purchase something with so few reviews, but now I am grateful that I took the chance. Highly recommended.

I met the staff at DreamHack and Bought their old headset back in the day. They gave me an upgrade for the new headeset. The first time it wasn't working but when they sent me the new one that was working. It was true difference than my old Cougar headset. This headset is very good sound quality and I love listening to music. The bass is fantastic in this headset. I love the price for what you pay for a headset. If you need to look for a good budget with Quality headset. Check these headset out if you get a chance.

Adquirí este producto porque tenía buenas reseña y vi buenos reviews, pero a los 6 meses de uso( uso medio, realmente moderado, solo una vez al día me los ponía y se usaban durante 2 horas aprox) y a hoy en día ya dejó de funcionar el auricular izquierdo y el micrófono, no puedo regresarlos y Cougar no contesta la garantía.

Lo compre dos veces, y las dos veces me fallo el cable del lado izquierdo, apenas y funciona el micro, para ser un cable extraible, no encuentro repuesto de este en ningun lado, la unica respuesta es garantia de amazon y al pasar el tiempo de cobertura no tienen soluciones, compren alguna marca que si tenga respuestas y que pueda dar soluciones.
