Surprisingly heavier than I expected for the price. The pans have sturdy rolled edges and came polished to a mirror finish. The racks are also well made steel and fit perfectly within-- just below the pan rim.The one minor drawback to this package is the silicone liners. They are a bit smaller than a perfect fit and are very, very thin and brittle feeling. They worked as expected, but I fear they won't survive harsh handling. They also have a woven texture which can capture oils and create permanent stains.Otherwise, the set is a great value.

I am happy with these pans for the price. They are very high quality and sturdy. The size is also perfect for my needs. My only dislike is that the distance between the wires on the rack is large, making the holes big enough for a lot of material to fall into the bottom. Otherwise perfect!

Pans are heavier than I expected and have not warped in my conventional oven or convection oven. I have baked burger buns and bagels - bagels are cooked at 500F and there was no warping. The nonstick liner is very thin, but works well and clean up is easy. The cooling racks that are part of the set are very sturdy.The baking sheets are very shiny, reflecting the heat and it takes a little longer to get items to brown. Sheets stay hot out of the oven a bit longer than aluminum sheet pans. I would highly recommend this set.

This is just what I hoped for. They are heavier than I thought they would be and sturdy. The baking/cooling rack fits perfectly down in the tray - which we use to cook bacon and roast drumsticks on. I have never used the kind of non-stick mats that came with the set and I love them! We are using them in place of lining the trays with foil - so much better for the environment. They clean up very easily. Our dishwasher has an unusual feature with a 3rd rack at the very top of dishwasher. I put them on this rack and they are washing up just fine (and not getting damaged). Not sure if they could go on a normal top rack of a dishwasher.

What a wonderful piece of kitchen ware. AND you get TWO. The shine on these is as good as a mirror and the quality of them is great. Have used Teflon/Aluminum/Steel sheets and found them to be more work then they are worth. They say they were dishwasher safe and found that due to small holes in the rolled edges they would trap water and when removed from my dishwasher dripped dirty rusty water. NO more with this set of STAINLESS STEEL. And with the wire rack both sides of the things I bake get heated and cooked and no flipping. Tried finding this size in many stores and finally gave up. Just the right size for me and well worth the price. As for the non stick sheets I really don't like them as I find them to be hard to clean.

It was exactly as advertised. Love it when that happens.

My only thing is they're smaller than my old baking sheets which were made out of some metal which rusted out very easily. These are rust proof. My old ones didnt have the grill or the mats and costed about the same. And they were rusted and cracked so i threw them away and got these. I do not recommend using these on any barbeque grill. Only use a regular oven. A flame will produce variable heat between 300 and 1000 degrees. I do not believe these are true stainless. I will do the magnesium test on them to see if its true stainless. That said they are probably a very very good item especially for the price so long as you just use them only in your oven.

Sitting in a 180C oven it warps.So sad.
