When my daughter started using deodorant I chose Schmidt's Aluminum Free Natural Deodorant, Rose + Vanilla. It smelled great, seemed to work fine, but over time she developed a red and raw rash in her arm pits. I had her toss the one she was using and start with a new one, thinking that it had been left open too long, had hardened, and was causing an issue that way. But the rash didn't go away, it persisted. I gave her my deodorant, a Secret product, and the rash went away instantly. I don't know what was in the Schmidt's deodorant that caused a reaction, but I would not recommend it for sensitive skin.

I bought the 3 pack and all 3 sticks have the same grainy, chunky, gross, clumpy consistency. It comes off in chunks when applying and gets everywhere. The deodorant and scent are awesome and it works like normal but I’ve never seen Schmidt’s look like this. Normally it’s smooth and applies easily. This was really disappointing and a waste.

Got brand in store to try and liked...ordered offline and will NOT do again. Throwing these away, there are hard round pieces in it as you can see in the picture that do not go away when put on and hurt to put on & fall off in the process. Defective product?

Really disappointing and overall a terrible representation of natural deodorant. I've used a lot of different natural deodorant formulas and this one has by far been the worst. To be fair, the smell is lovely. But, as you can see by the picture, the production process clearly has some holes. My deodorant had huge chunks of ingredients in it, as though it was not fully mixed. This made it difficult to spread and even more difficult not to get on my clothing. Definitely will not be buying this brand again.
