The nacelles for excelsior class ships are really long, so I was prepared for getting the pylons to be a haste in itself. I had some trouble keeping it intact during the glueing, and I imagine that may be an issue with everyone who gets it, but the outcome was definitely worth the effort. I got the Aztec decal set with this model, and it definitely made it look much nicer. I only wish a chose a darker paint for the base color. All in all, it’s a great model, I just wish there were larger contact points for glueing it all together.
