Item well made. Comes with all gaskets. Replaces OEM part perfectly and much cheaper.

If you got the money buy an OEM part
Obviously it's cheaply built and the price tells you that. But it gets the job done on a budget. The oil filter is not oem so the next time you do and oil change (if you do it yourself) be aware of that when you go to buy one. The part itself is not that hard to install. It's a pain to get to.

DO NOT BUY! PART FAILED IMMEDIATLY AFTER MECHANIC INSTALL
I had a mechanic install this part in my jeep Grand Cherokee. After professional install they turned car on and it immediatly failed at the weld and spewed oil everywhere. Now I have to buy the manufacturers part and pay for install 2 times costing me an extra $400 for this POS
