Review: Works with Malco 9 ga 1 7/16" staples - I was concerned that this would not work well with 9 gauge staples but these pliers sets them perfectly. These pliers seem well made but most importantly works well with the Malco 1 7/16" staples.
Review: Only large rings - Only works on large rings does not crimp closed handles meet way too early to close rings properly. Built sturdy but doesn’t work on sized hog rings only large . I am going to keep them and try to modify them to work because they are sturdy

I was concerned that this would not work well with 9 gauge staples but these pliers sets them perfectly. These pliers seem well made but most importantly works well with the Malco 1 7/16" staples.

Only works on large rings does not crimp closed handles meet way too early to close rings properly. Built sturdy but doesn’t work on sized hog rings only large . I am going to keep them and try to modify them to work because they are sturdy

Overall worked well for fencing. About 10% of the time, the ring would not close properly and require adjusting to fix it securely. Changing the depth of the inside surface for the rings may improve it.
