PursonicS625 Rechargeable Sonic Toothbrush and Rechargeable Water Flosser with 12 Brush Heads

I've had this set for over a year-and-a-half now and it still works great. It came with all the accessories and in perfect shape. I keep the toothbrush plugged in all the time but I only plug in the flosser once every couple of weeks the charge keeps for a very long time. The Sonic toothbrush works great and is perfect for my sensitive gums. I love the little mirror that comes with this set it has a light so there's no problem seeing all areas in your mouth. And it comes with so many brush heads I still haven't used them all yet. My teeth feel super clean after using this brush and I love the fact that it pauses every 30 seconds so you know to move on to a new quadrant. Sometimes it's hard to pull the brush heads off because it gets sticky underneath and it gets stuck, but not too bad.

The toothbrush isnt very good it just pulses lightly and all of the heads are soft. It doesn't really scrub.

Recurved plugged it in for 24 hours it did NOT work !!! Tried plugging it in again NOTHING... Emailed Pursonic no response 3 days later still no response!!! Called the customer service several days in a row no answer!!!! So disappointed!!!!

Just stopped charging the tooth brush and now doesn't work.Can you send a replacement?

Stubbornly to fill the water tank from the orifice you almost must take off the tank to fill it, and in the same unit the little plug from cable to unit lost contact with electricity now and then. Otherwise good.

bummed one of the pieces that takes off plaque already came apart and they don't make replacement parts for it :(

The water flosser worked great for a couple months. The battery doesn't hold a charge for longer than 10 seconds now. I can't seem to get it to recharge. Looks like it might be defective and so I'm stuck with it :(
