It did not work. What now?** A: I was told that a replacement is being sent to me because only 4 months had passed since my purchase. **Q: My old battery says 7.5v. Will this 7.2v battery work.** A: Assuming you are using the battery in the Swivel Sweeper Max or an earlier version of the Sweeper. If that is the case yes the battery will work fine. The only difference I noticed was a slightly shorter run time before the battery ran out. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect functional fit *by on Reviewed in the United States July 19, 2026* This product was a perfect fit and once I fully charged it, it worked great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect! *by on Reviewed in the United States June 23, 2025* The battery that came with the Swivel Sweeper lasted one time and then I couldn't even get through my kitchen without it dying. Super frustrating. This new one.... I have gotten through my entire downstairs of my home 2X and there is still battery power! So happy with this purchase! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Swivel sweeper battery *by on Reviewed in the United States January 7, 2026* Work great, right size. Previous battery lasted 5 years ( we dated it). This time, we got 2 so if one runs out of charge, the other is available. Thick or heavy rugs tend to slow the sweeper, therefore running the battery usage down quicker. Otherwise a charge lasts long enough for a large room 2 or 3 times weekly. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hu/products/30767078-7-2v-2000mah-ni-mh-replacement-battery-for-ontel-swivel](https://www.desertcart.hu/products/30767078-7-2v-2000mah-ni-mh-replacement-battery-for-ontel-swivel) --- *Product available on Desertcart Hungary* *Store origin: HU* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
