**Q: What size should we bought for 10 years old ?**
A: I would NOT buy the kids size for a 10 year old unless he/she is a very small 10 year old. I just received the kids size for my 9 year old today and I'm returning it. I ordered the full size for myself and love it. I'll get a full size for my daughter too and she can perfectly use it now and as she gets older as well.  The kids size is suitable for a much younger child or a child who is very small in size.

**Q: Could this fit in a backpack ?**
A: It will fit in a backpack but you will not be able to zip it closed the handle would stick out from the top.

**Q: Does it withstand blow aways with wind or heavier rain?**
A: We haven't had a big storm in Maryland since we purchased our umbrella but it is sturdy.  I would think that with the dome shape top it would be more difficult to get blown inside out.

**Q: What are the dimensions of this umbrella when it is open?**
A: The product statement of (Bubble canopy is 38 inches) is measured in an arc from bottom to top and down again. The actual span/width of open umbrella is 26 inches. Also, the plastic seems as if it will be easily torn or punctured by things like a tree branch, as opposed to the more resilient cloth type materials

Such a great quality umbrella. Easy to use for toddlers! Cute colors and well made. Have bought other brand umbrellas in the past that feel flimsy and break easily - this is definitely not one of those! Would buy again for sure.
