Perfect! Mounted on the ceiling, in corners. Pretty easy installation, and they solidly hold our Polk ES15 surround sound speakers (identical size [and weight, I think] to ES10's in case that helps anyone) pointing exactly the direction we wanted, which is diagonally down toward the center of the room. These were a great value for the price, and adjusting to get the angles "just right" wasn't too tough. Very happy with our purchase and would buy again.

I use these mounts for my Klipsch ProMedia speakers. They work great. They are well built and hold the speakers steady and I don't fear them failing at any point.Lots of accessories are included in the box for many different mounting styles. The instructions are also very clear and offer instructions for all the different accessories and possible mounting methods that they support.

I used these to mount a pair of Polk Signature Elite ES10 speakers as surround speakers. They are rated for up to 10 lbs, and the speakers each weigh 6 lbs. If you are pushing the 10# limit and using the extended length bracket like I did, you might want to think twice.For my installation, I used these mounts on the wall beside the speakers and used the longer of the two included brackets. There was some sag on the speaker after tightening the bracket, so I had to aim the speaker higher than intended, tighten, and then allow the speaker to "sag" down to the desired angle. Not ideal, but after some trial and error, it worked. If someone were to bump the speaker, I am certain the mount would move/bend/break.I did install the mounts through the wall into wood studs, and the mount to wall is very secure.I had looked for a mount that was more secure, but this seemed to be the best I could find that used the threaded mounting option.I deducted one star due to it "sagging" after tightening, but would purchase again for my use, especially given the reasonable price and lack of substitute.

Quality product at a fair price.

Perfect for LG rear speakers for ceiling mount. They have the perfect thumbscrew for the screw hole in the top/back of the speakers. Not the longest of arms for drop down but I angled mine downward and it works beautifully. The included nylon butterfly anchors are more than strong enough to hold up to 10lbs in the ceiling. LG speakers are probably like 2 lb. Would highly recommend.

There used to be a few generic speaker mounts specifically designed for junction box mounting, but they have all been discontinued for a long time and I was unable to find something similar anywhere. Another reviewer of this product modified it and mounted it directly to his junction box and posted photos of his setup. I won't reproduce his steps here, other than to say that instead of using a plastic blank wall plate, I used a metal one, and instead of driving one of the mounting screws into a block of wood, I just used a machine screw and nut combination for the mounting hole that was not being driven into the slots on the junction box (if you do this, make sure your speaker wire jacket is undamaged/properly insulated to prevent a short if they hit the machine screw. That being said, the method described by the other review would have also worked well, I just didn't have any extra lumber handy. Please note that my satellites are only 3 pounds--although this mount technically has a 10 pound weight limit, I would be very hesitant to mount any speakers heavier than 5 pounds using my method if you have plastic junction boxes (if your boxes are metal and properly secured to a stud, you might be able to use the full 10 pound limit).Overall, I'm very pleased with this hacky setup. Even when used in ceiling-mounted junction boxes, the mounts and speakers are sturdy and aren't going anywhere, and they allowed me to mount the speakers in an unobtrusive way that uses the existing junction box to hide the speaker wire.

It makes sense to write it for this product because of it's low price and most folks are not going to expect much for such a low price.This package has all of the parts you need to hang and install two satellite speakers. The box has the brackets and all kinds of parts so you can install it straight off the wall or you can drop it for a ceiling mount.The box includes the tools needed to tighten the bracket, wall anchor and screw, an adaptor for the different thread sizes on the back of the speaker (the thread sizes come in a few different sizes and thread pitch, and the ball socks for an off the wall install or a drop install for the ceiling.I usually look at instructions but this was pretty easy to figure out. After seeing the kit, and installing the first pair, I would have paid more just for the ease of installation.Hope your install goes as smooth as mine did! Take care.
