The Screws Ruin It
The hooks themselves are little on the weaker side, less substantial than a typical coat hook.1) The screws don't match. The hooks have a beautiful matte dark finish, but the screws are an ugly shiny, thin black finish that doesn't match the finish on the hooks.2) The screws don't fit. The flat screw heads themselves are slightly larger than the countersinks in the hooks, so the flat head screws sit slightly above flush in the hooks...ugly3) The screws aren't strong. I was mounting these hooks into a 3/4" piece of hardwood, and the screws sheared off at the shaft (when screwing in by hand).If you buy these hooks, supply your own screws.

The screws they sent with it are junk!!!
The screws they sent with it are junk they just snap right after you hang the hooks and you check to see if they’re in sturdy they just snapped right off of the wall! very unhappy with this product maybe the hooks or sturdy but the screws are useless so the hooks aren’t even staying on the wall. Pic of half of the screws in the wall and the other half in my hand. I barely touched the hook to check if it was jiggly.

Much smaller than anticipated
Don't go by the "heavy duty" description--do your measuring. These are very petite delicate little hooks, not what I was thinking they were going to be based on similar looking hooks we've used from the big box stores in the past. I wanted something big and bold to put on the shiplap on our mudroom wall. These are not it. Will use them for hats somewhere else.

Poorly designed and cheap
This is the first time I’ve ever purchased a product like this and been this disappointed. They are very poorly engineered. Two screws actually broke (and they weren’t torqued down very hard). They wouldn’t sit flush even with sturdier hardware purchased from Lowes. Save yourself a headache and pass on these.

Would only buy for light duty, not a backpack, one winter coat would be fine.
You can bend this metal with your fingers. If your looking to hang heavy items look elsewhere. If you are using this for lighter items they work great.

Screws break
Like some of the other reviews the screws broke when we tightened them. Kind of annoying but we were able to just use other black screws and the one that got stuck we just shaved off.The hook itself is pretty solid though. No complaints there.

They are great hooks that I bought to make a coat rack for my daughter as a gift. They look great and seem to be very sturdy.These hooks are a great price and I would purchase again.

Calidad Satisfactoria.
La calidad del gancho es buena, trae consigo el herraje necesario para su instalación. El paquete llegó a tiempo, sin embargo, llegó incompleto, faltaron tres ganchos de un total de 40 adquiridos. La calificación responde a la nula posibilidad de reponer el faltante por el vendedor, pues la única opción es realizar la devolución y comprar nuevamente el artículo con la expectativa de que llegue completo, sin mencionar el tiempo que implica la devolución misma.

El producto se ve de buena calidad, la paqueteria UPS pésima desde el martes estaba en ruta y lo trajeron hasta el jueves , marcas a las oficinas y te dicen que ya esta en ruta

The media could not be loaded. El producto es funcional y fácil de instalar pero por el hecho de empacar todas las piezas juntas sin protección, se empiezan a despintar entre ellas mismas.

buenos ganchos para colgar ropa, o diversas cosas cuando regresas al hogar. lo mejor de todo es que puedes disponer el lugar que elijas para fijarlos. Recomendables.
