Has anyone found a way to remove the marks left by just about any silverware?

i tried cleaning them off with dawn. it didn't work. I was gonna use soft scrub but i was afraid it would scratch it more. Sorry Donna

I got the gray, minimally glossy

Are the gold rim plates microwaveable?

Mine don't have gold trim on them. So i don't know. The dishes scratch Really easy. Don't waste your money. I hope this helped.
