Packaging could have been better, the box was a little damaged but the product itself was in good condition.Appear to be the genuine Hella product as advertised.You get a relay included in the box however I didn't use it.You don't get any wires in the box so you will need to get your own, and make a connection between the two horns (hi & lo) and a connection from the hi to the vehicles original horn wiring.I had to remove the bumper from car to access the original horn and wiring, I then attached them to the crash bar behind the grill.The sound is loud, and the tone is a bit lower than the red Hella horns but still a lot higher than a standard snail type dual tone horn.I would recommend this horn to anyone looking to make their original horn louder or if you only have a single tone horn.There is an app you can download which allows you to listen to the different horns. Just search Hella Horns in the respective app store\play store

Loud. That is what these are. I've installed these on my Hyundai Santa Fe as the stock horn on that car is nothing but embarrassing. I managed to replace them with these Hella horns without having to remove the bumper. It can be done by just removing the headlights. It is very tight though!Using some spade connectors, I created a wire to go from the horns to the existing wiring, no need to use the relay that comes with the horns in my case which helped make it even easier. I'm no mechanic by any stretch of the imagination.Really pleased with these although the new sound is different to what you might expect. All I cared for what the loudness and I got it.

After only a matter of months with these being fitted the paint is flaking off and going rustyWaste of money - not simple to contact seller either!!

Really good loud horns. Box comes with just the horns and a relay though, so you'll have you build your own wiring kit.Avoid buying from "Super Value Shop" if you can - had trouble with my order and their customer service was awful!
