Avedis Zildjian Company Quick Beat 14-inch Hi-hat Cymbals

I've had a few sets of zildjian hi hats. A Custom Mastersounds, new beats, and a few others. I had my mind made up that new beats were the best. I got the QB's for no real reason. I realized I didn't see them on many sites or in stores so I thought I would grab them just to add them to my zildjian collection.Turns out this is a really cool set of hats. I've been playing drums for about 24 years. Metal and hard rock. They're a little heavier than new beats which gives them a nice sounding, high pitch. I really like 13 inch hats for that reason. But the real magic is in the pedal chick and the sweeps. Both are supremely clean on these hats. The bottom cymbal sits nice and flat due to the lack of a bell. That combined with the holes makes them chick WAY better than my mastersounds. Or any other hi hats I've played for that matter. And the sweeps are just clean, clear, and cutting every time.I know that quick beats were created in the days of disco, but this is a very versatile set of hats you could use for any genre. They have officially kicked my new beats off of my kit. These hats don't seem too popular these days and that's a shame because they're awesome. If you've ever wanted a pair, get them.

I bought these because I wanted something super crisp and clean. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I opened them up and heard how loud they were. You can do anything with these from funk to rock n roll.

Great Hi Hat quality especially for funk and rock alike bright and clean chic that is due for its four holes in the bottom for air escape.

This is a big step from amateur to a real pro, this hats really makes the music punch thru and make people go crazy. Funky Sound, but it fits no problem with jazz feel, rock, country, and in studio session they just shine in tape.I'm telling you brother I'm buying an extra pair just in case this ones I got break.
