I’m experiencing elderly acne. Really bad acne. It’s the only thing I’ve taken that has helped. And yes, I’ve seen 2 different doctors. One of them 7 times. I’m definitely adding it to my supplement routine. So thankful I found it.

I tried DIM with black pepper formulation and that didn't work at all.These might have lessened my mild to moderate hot flash frequency a tad, but I still lay awake at night tossing and turning, vacillating btwn hot flash and then feeling cold. I don't have many left so unsure if i will get more or just stop and look for something else.

I’ve used this product for years. It’s a one pill a day so you don’t have to worry about second dose or buying a bottle every other week. When I stopped taking it was when I noticed a big difference in my brain fog. Results are good but not dynamic.
