Its on but the motor isn't running? This seems to happen every so often now. Anyone else run into this issue?

It's not broken, My kittens just turned a year old and one of them is real rough with this toy. So this has happened to the one that we have also. We noticed that the "arm" inside get misaligned from the 2 kitten/cats catching the feathers. But if you turn it off and using a pen of something you can easily move the arm to a different location.  We may have to turn it on and off a few times to figure out the pattern.  Once the arm is lined up to come out the right holes it works perfectly again. WARNING: We learned the hard way. Do NOT try this when felines are watching. LOL!!

Question 2

Purchased this product a couple of weeks ago but it stopped working altogether. The original packaging is gone, is there a way to return/replace it?

I know this answer comes too late to give you a solution now, but Amazon makes it pretty easy to return items.  Generally, the return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. During Christmas season it can be for much longer.  Here is one of many ways: click on the Returns and Orders button at the top right of the screen (in the black area).  Click on that and locate the item you ordered - click on the Return/Replace button and follow the instructions from there.  The instructions may be different for different items. So don't rush through it.

Has anyone else’s Maine coon broke their toy?

Haha. He's not Main coon but Norwegian Forest Cat and he beats the hell out of his. lol. I mistakenly didn't put the small screw back in the battery chamber and should have because he flips this thing upside down and slaps it all over. I have the "Pet Fusion Ambush " version with the lights and shockingly, it is still going strong. 5 stars if I could, it's his favorite toy

Do these replacement feathers fit other brands of similar cat toy?
