Price is good. As negative reviewers have said, these did not fit my plate at first but they will work. Two complaints.1.See photo that shows the snap on the right, as delivered, has two ears at the bottom catch that prevent it from snapping in completely. I trimmed them like the snap to the left with a utility knife and then they snap in fine. Just an extra step you have to take.2. Why would you not drill the hole in the binding post at 90º to make inserting the wire easy (see photo)? Instead the hole is partially obstructed by the snap and just makes wiring a little more difficult than it needs to be. A sideways hole would make things much easier.

*Update* 4 stars now because the seller was great and refunded my money and made this right. So this review is more for the seller than the product. The banana binding post keystone plates need a major update and improvement before I would recommend. The seller did confirm they would look into updating the item so that it works.

I bought 4 boxes of these for my 5.2.1 setup. Opened 2 boxes (24 jacks).1. Some of them did not stay in the keystone plate and would come off easily.2. But, the worst problem was that banana plugs would not stay in these jacks!In some of these jacks, there was absolutely no resistance to hold the banana plugs in place. I could plug in a banana plug and flips the keystone plate, so that it faced downwards. The banana plugs would just fall out (just by the force of gravity). Even the same jack had different resistances on the two sides (front and back). The banana plug would stay in place on one side and fall off without any resistance on the other.Out of the 24 plugs that I tested, only 5 were good enough to hold on to a banana plug on both sides (some of them barely holding on)If the plugs don't stay in the jack, what's the use of these things?These are cheap for a reason. Poor manufacturing and poor quality.Buyer beware!!!

You get what you pay for. These may be ok if you plan to use banana plugs on both sides. The threaded rings strip when you try to tighten down on speaker wire.

I had no troublw with these being used in 2-keystone decora insert plates. However, when I tried using these in a 6-keystone decora insert by Monoprice, I could not get the lower lock tab (the tab the clicks over the bar first), before clicking in the top, squeezable clip. I figured this was perhaps due to manufacturer specificity, so I bought Leviton 6-keystone decora inserts - and I had exactly the same problem! This worked fine with my 2-keystone plates, but the 6-insert? - Nope.

As the other reviewers stated these do not fit into a standard keystone wall plate. I’ve now tried these in three different brand wall plates and in each one the bottom tab doesn’t fit.

The worst quality and made out of the cheapest material. If you have premium sound system look elsewhere.
