It is a good eye mask to alleviate puffy eyes but the strap is not so elastic and it is tight therefore you feel discomfort in your eyes. I would use it without attaching it to my head

Absolutely love this gel bead eye-mask. It gives such a lovely cooking feeling for puffy eyes and helps to relax. The Amethyst stones dotted around on the mask is a nice touch which I love. I’m a fan of this and would recommend.
