Poorly made - Not worth the price

This briefcase is very cheaply made. There is NO padding anywhere to protect a tablet or laptop. Zipper closure stitching split after 3 months of very infrequent and light use. Reached out to seller: Greenery Shop but was told: "Sorry, but my order was fulfilled by Amazon. Contact them for further resolution." Greenery Shop has very poor customer service.
