Pretty good
We ordered this to make our own smoothie bowls. It is not a large amount of product in the package and it did seem to dry out quickly, but overall the taste is good and you get that beautiful bright color for your smoothies.

Excellent surprise but now...
I wasn't expect much from these pitaya powder because some people mentioned pitaya has not a strong taste. However, I can say I really like the quality of the powder and I think it tastes great. Just like the Dragon fruit I buy from tropical smoothie. I really like it. The only thing I wasn't very happy about is because the bag is very small and is kind of flat. There's not much powder at all. However, the seller was true about the portion. I didn't read it and thought it was more of it. The seller clearly have pics of the product stating the bag contains 3.53 Oz do it was completely my fault. However, I don't regret buying. I just had to purchase a second bag. Update:First time I bought it I paid less than $11 bucks from the same seller. Second time I paid $11.58 and now the price has increased and it's now 14.58. Won't purchase anymore from this seller. The amount of powder isn't worth the price. There are other good pitayas bag 5.4 Oz for the same price this seller is charging now. Good product but now it's overpriced.

Fun to use a dye for eggs. I make deviled eggs and use this to create a holiday look.

Not a powder, big chunks
Product was lager chunk instead of a powder, it taste like it should but very hard to dissolve for the application I was using it for.

Pop of color!
You cannot find a brighter more happier color ready for consumption as easy as this! I like to sprinkle this over my yogurt for that appetizing pop of color which makes it more fun. I’m not able to taste any distinctive flavor but the color makes all the difference to me.
