A great collector's item for Transformers fans - but a little pricey
- SUMMARY - WHAT'S INCLUDED? -The primary figure in this set is a gold redeco (with black bumblebee stripe) of the Studio Series Deluxe Class SS-18 Bumblebee. Also included are re-issues/re-decos of previously Japan-only 1987 G1 microcasettes Zaur and Uriad (redecoed from Dairu), which each transform into small robotic dinosaurs, a sauropod and some kind of generic theropod respectively. All figures and accessories are packaged in a box that resembles (and opens like) a retro tape deck, which itself is contained in a sleeve displaying comic-book styled artwork of Bumblebee on the front, and a pun-riddled "tracklist" on the back.- THE FIGURES -Bumblebee is extremely detailed, transforming from a very accurate VW Beetle to a reasonably close representation of his robot form from the Bumblebee (2018) movie. The main difference between the figure and the film model is that the doors don't fold-up as much during transformation, leading the Bumblebee's "wings" looking more exaggerated. Bumblebee's default face can be swapped with a masked version, his right arm can be swapped with a small cannon, and a blade can attach to his left arm. All of the accessories can be stored in the vehicle-mode undercarriage. The transformation is relatively fiddly - perhaps too delicate for younger children. Kibble isn't particularly excessive, but a large portion of the VW roof folds up to make a large "backpack". Despite this, the figure remains stable. A very tiny plate on his chest is the only piece of "fake" kibble, sitting between the "real" VW headlights. To collectors who may be familiar with the deluxe size class but haven't come across the new Bumblebee mold, a word of caution - to be closer in scale to other Studio Series figures, this Bumblebee is quite small, and closer to the old "Scout" class of figures in height when fully transformed. However, it retains the detailing and complexity of a much larger toy. The micro-cassettes are exactly what you would expect from G1 reissues - chunky and limited in detail, but displaying a retro charm. The recreation of the original toys appears to be faithful, and they fit within the chest compartment of G1 Soundwave and Blaster, as well as the masterpiece equivalents.- PERSONAL THOUGHTS -This figure is a wonderful collector's item, but compared to the standard Studio Series Deluxe pricepoint of around £20, it is a little pricey. As much as I like the new features, the addition of two microcasettes, a funky box and a new paintjob for an EXTRA £40 on top of the standard pricepoint seems steep. However, some may consider the additional value of G1 reissues and the initial San Diego Comic Con exclusivity of the set to be worth the extra money.

¡Muy bueno!
Estupenda caja, la figura solamente es su repintado de la SS-18 y también trae los cacette son un repintado de los cacette del SS-19, pero es muy bueno y el precio en que lo adquirí fue más que aceptable.
