Used these #10 1 1/4" hex screws to add metal supports to the corners and sides of a 4' x 8' raised bed I built for blackberries and strawberries using 2" x 10" douglas fir boards sealed with Eco Poly and Eco Turf. These screws were perfect! No predrilling, perfect size, strong, easy to install and durable. Since they are stainless steel, I know they will last and not harm my plants. I am placing another order today, so I can do a few more raised beds.

They did what I bought them for.

The self drilling screws seemed to be of good quality. I have not used them yet so this review is premature. However, I expect the self drilling screws to work as expected.

Worked great attaching tee marker holders to the backside of benches on golf course. Benches are constructed of aluminum and the self drilling feature worked great. Would recoommend to a friend and would buy again if needed.

Living within 3 blocks of the Atlantic, anything steel corrodes. Our white PVC fence had steel screws and after 5 years they were corroding and rust stains were starting to run down the PVC from them. I used these stainless screws to replace all of them. Corrosion and rust stains should not be a problem now. I'd suggest that anyone having a fence installed to request stainless connectors where available.
