All the spice with 1/3 of the sugar and 36% of the calories of original Oregon Chai / GF and DF
I love Chai for the creamy spiciness, rather than the sweet. I can't have dairy or gluten so recreating the favor and texture experiences of food and drink with those things is a challenge and a lot of GF/DF stuff is full of sugar. I also don't do fake sugar and dislike the taste of stevia. This is awesome because they just used less sugar to make it. My favorite way to prepare this is with Califia Farms Organic Barista Blend Oat Milk, which also doesn't have added sugar and is so creamy. Yummy. I'm going to go make one right now.

Yum
I like this less sugar version. It just has less, not added artificial sweetener instead. The regular is too sweet but I love the spice level/ blend. This is perfect.

Very Mild
This product delivers exactly what they advertise, a mildly spiced slightly sweet chai tea. But, although the sweetness level was perfect for me, the mildness of the spices made this a disappointing beverage for me. By the time I added milk there was barely any flavor noticeable at all. Authentic chai has a satisfying blend of tea and spices that balance each other and seem substantial because of their delightful aroma and taste. I recommend Tazo instead even though itโs a bit too sweet.

Great alternative than paying $8 a cup or more
I love this mix. Since learning that SB uses a liquid chai mix for my beloved Chai latte I've saved lots of money using this. Taste great and since you are making it at home you can add as much as you like

Donโt get the slightly sweet version
The spiced chai is my favorite chai and very delicious. However the slightly sweet variety is tasteless and bland.

Very diluted. No flavor.
I love this brand but wanted something with less sugar that still had flavor. This tastes like someone poured a glass of milk and whispered "chai" over the top. It tastes like nothing. Even the sugar free version has flavor. This is just extremely diluted chai flavor. Definitely disappointed because I was hoping this would be a good middle ground between the regular and sugar free version that has that nasty sugar free after taste.

Sounded good but fell flat
This review is for the "Slightly Sweet" version of Oregon Chai. In short, this was so bland that there's no point to using it. I have been using the regular original Oregon Chai off and on for years. When I started drinking it again recently, it seemed overly sweet. Tolerable, but still over-the-top sweet. When I saw that a "Slightly Sweet" version was available, the description said it offers all the flavor of the original but with less sweetness. That sounded perfect. ...It wasn't. I ordered two 32-ounce containers of the "Slightly Sweet" Oregon Chai liquid concentrate. The shipping problem bears no consideration in my review, but Amazon needs to rethink its packaging. Rather than shipped together with some packing material in a cardboard box, each container - these are of thin cardboard - was shipped in a very thin plastic shipping envelope with no padding material whatsoever. It's amazing that one of them arrived a little dented but intact. The other was busted open and completely empty, with the shipping envelope sticky both inside and out. Someone at Amazon is giving USPS way too much credit for the care their parcels receive. Use some common sense, Amazon, and pack containers of liquid in something solid and with plenty of packing material. Amazon has a new focus on making their shipments as lightweight as possible, but there's a tradeoff between lightweight packaging and products getting ruined in shipment. What you saved in shipping weight you just lost in damaged product. Regarding the Oregon Chai "Slightly Sweet" product itself, it is slightly sweet, yes, but it is also slightly flavored - in other words, very bland. I added more and more of the concentrate to the mix with milk, but it never provided a satisfactory flavor. I've just received an order of the "Spiced" version of Oregon Chai, and will be adding that to enhance the flavor of the small amount of remaining slightly sweet. I do not recommend the Oregon Chai "Slightly Sweet" version unless you also think that the regular/original version is too highly flavored.

Stale dated food items
I ordered 4 of these and all four are outdated! How do I go about getting them all replaced?
