Works well for holding board game boxes
I use this to wrap my board game boxes. It works, the boxes stay closed and there is minimal risk of damage to the box compared to rubber bands. It's very nice and sleek. I used this to wrap up my board game, Parks, which I packed away in a suitcase and played with family in Yellow Stone. I ended up losing the tape in the lodge, because it was transparent. It's like Harry Potter's cloak of invisibility: you need to AirTag it.I also used this for most of my games for moving into my new apartment. What I did NOT consider when first purchasing is that the tape is adhesive to itself, so it is also adhesive to tape from other boxes...It's a teeny bit annoying, but I have survied so far. They also worked well for tying together my Coach leather backpack straps which was kept in my carry-on mini suit case. This did not work as well as wrapping board game boxes. It would hold but for whatever reason, the tape would come off occasionally. The tape is not cheap, so I bought the thinner tape and we will see how those work with full size boxes.

I'm Surprised How Much I Like This Tape
I use this tape to hold the lids on board games and it works very well. It leaves zero residue on the boxes and holds my mid sized board game boxes together nicely. I have not tried the tape on really big boxes or with applications that require very strong adhesion but for my needs, it works great. It doesn't really stick to anything. It is a type of plastic or silicone that uses friction to hold itself to itself if that makes sense. There is no glue involved. It's really kind of a misrepresentation to call this stuff "tape." It only sticks to itself so it's more like a stretchy strap that grabs itself to form an attachment. So, it's great for holding together boxes. It's 100 reusable and seems to stick as well after you remove it a few times as it did when you first wrapped something with it.The tape is pretty thick so you don't get a lot on a roll. If you have a lot of boxes to hold together or a lot of uses, I would order a pack of three or just order more than one single roll.I'm very happy with this tape. It does exactly what I want it to do.

Does the job and can be reused
This is like thick Saran wrap and is great for bundling things like clothes in your suitcase or stiff netting for the garden. Then I used it on a gate post to protect the paint every time the latch was raised and dropped. I first had a narrow roll used on sewing thread to keep it neat in storage. Muchmore flexible than zip ties and can be used many times. Versatile and easy to work with.

Unique
Unique, so far it has worked in wrapping applications well

Versatile use and a MUST HAVE
I learned about this product at a quilt show and bought it for storing thread. But, I have found it useful for other things like storing wrapping paper: simply cut a piece long enough to wrap around the barrel and it sticks to itself and actually holds. The good thing is it does not damage the paper, and you don’t have to use new pieces as your wrapping paper gets used up. I use it to wrap around anything that needs to be held (cable cords, spools of thread, parchment paper…). I’m sure I will find other ways to use this “Amazing Tape”.

This doesn't really work. Gets loose after minutes or hours max.
In order for this tape to adhere to itself, it needs to be both under VERY high tension and must be perfectly flat to have the most contact available. The problem is, it doesn't stay put regardless. Eventually, the end of the tape will start to curl up from the tension and just pull itself off. Under little to no tension, it doesn't do anything.I thought this would be similar to those "magic" plastic tapes that bond to themselves or at the very least similar to a thicker seran wrap. It is neither.I tried to use this to hold some cables together, it can't. I tried to use it to hold my vaccum cleaner want to the vaccum, it can't. I tried to use this to just hold a spare blade on my utility knife, and it can't. I'm using it right from the roll and it just doesn't stick. I'd rather use rubber bands, zip ties, or seran wrap. This stuff just drives me crazy.

I t works but you must follow the instructions
Like: It’s convenient. I use the product on my thread spools. The adhesive properly is good but, you must read the instructions. If you follow the instructions the tape will stick. No more loose threads. Much more convenient Thant cutting strips of vinyl.Dis-Like: Price is on the high side, but you are paying for the convenient, pre cut, easy storage and ready to use
