Most caju in India are poorly roasted, very few take the process far enough. This company gets closer than most, as you can see in the pic. I'd suggest they could easily take it to a darker brown, but these are very tasty and crunchy, while most "roasted" caju are white and decidedly not crunchy or tasty.You'll have a hard time stopping munching on these nuts, as they are that good.
