Good product, allows me to practice anywhere and anytime. It is not too loud so there is little risk of bothering people around.

Let me start off by stating that this is not a toy. I have a 5 year old who uses an extra set of drum sticks to drum on my couch, all the time. He is a normal energetic crazy 5 year old kid, except when it comes to drums. Drums are very very serious business to him. He is eerily mature about playing drums. He was born knowing the Cool Drummer Faces that every rock drummer must master. He is very into learning about the right way to drum. He watches videos of percussionists on youtube. He tries to twirl sticks in his little hands. This boy sneaks into his brother's room and tries to play his brother's drum set when his brother isn't looking. He has never mistreated a drum set, despite his young age. You get the idea. I got this as a Christmas present for him, to help him learn precision and to try to not travel all over the place while drumming. Now he can play with his older brother, who takes percussion at school and is teaching him everything. I wouldn't have bought this for my 5 year old, except for the fact that he is so serious about drums. If he weren't, this would be too nice of a gift for a kid that young. I would not hesitate to buy it again for my 10 year old, however. This is really a great practice tool!

I have drum pad for about a week now. It's a great product. Well made should stand up pretty good. Well worth the money. Thanks
