I used the gadget with the L Trac which is installed in a van conversion I have. You are more likely be limited by lack of imagination if you can't figure LOTS of ways to improve the utility of your in-van L Trac set up.

i have to admit that i was a little confused on how these things worked in the track when i first put them in because i never used them before. when i first popped them in they slid out of the track right away. i did not realise that you have to turn them 90 degrees so they lock in. after that they lock in really well and are great to hold the tie downs for securing things in my sprinter van

Super versatile for my toy hauler!

I use these on the L-track in my van to hold cargo. So far they have been great. They stay solidly seated in the track but are easy to move when needed. I saw some complaints about the weld finish of the ring. I don't care about how pretty they look. These just work.

Works as advertised. Using them in my jeep to hold the fridge down.
