Very impressed! In genuinely excellent condition with no scratches and fantastic battery health of 96%, and a great price. This was after ordering an "excellent" condition iPhone on Backmarket which I had to return as it had deep scratches, as well as as a large chip on the screen, and it was really dirty - ughh! Try this seller instead.

The battery does not last as long as the one I replaced not happy I’d send it back but had everything transferred over . Wasted my money. But then what’s the point of reviews nothing gets done about it you can moan all you want they still got your money

Impressed! Received phone overnight, at least 3 to 4 days before I expected delivery. Have not set up the phone yet but it is in pristine condition and as described (looks brand new) All accessories were included including a screen protector, charger and lightning cable. iPhone 12 mini is a nice size too. Easier to carry in a pocket. Hopefully the battery life will be good as my older iPhone eats up battery very fast. Time will tell.

I love the size of this phone and coming from an iPhone SE, this feels a world away from my previous in terms of features and functionality. The screen also feels much bigger because of the small bezel. Cameras are great, face ID is very quick - I hardly notice it, as by the time I've picked up my phone it will have unlocked already. The battery is truly terrible unfortunately and you can see it draining away under your eyes even with light use. I have ended up having to charge it constantly as it will never make it to the end of the day. Although the battery is at 100% life, I suspect this might be a third-party battery that isn't as good as the original. Either that, or the battery really just is utter cr*p. The screen, camera lens and the back of the phone look absolutely spotless, however there are a few quite obvious chips around the lens cutout and around the charging slot, a bit cheeky to sell as 'excellent quality'. There was also quite a bit of grime/dirt around the screen, which seems weird for a refurbished phone. They could have easily cleaned it a bit better. Other than that this was great value for money.

This is the second refurbished Apple iPhone I have purchased from TechLike(UK), the first being for my husband last year. Again, I am extremely satisfied with the delivery - next day - which was much sooner than expected and the excellent condition of the iPhone 12 Mini. The phone came professionally boxed and also included a phone cover, which is a lovely addition. Great service all round.

Exactly what I needed good quality and delivered on time

My normal phone is being repaired and so I needed another phone quickly for both business and private use. However the company did not deliver on the stated date - it came the day after. The morale of the story - don't rely on the 'advertised' delivery date and don't rely on updates on your Amazon account! Update: The iPhone arrived a day after the stated date by Amazon courier. That said, the iPhone is top notch, as described and in excellent condition with 100% battery. Well priced and almost 'as new'

The refurbishment quality appears substandard, suggesting this device received minimal attention during the restoration process.
