Ok got mine in today. Lets get the only negative out of the way. There were literally no instructions on assembly and the manual was for other E scooters....... The display also only reads kph.That said. All you have to assemble is the seat handle bars and head lights. After looking at everything took about 30 minutes to get it going.Now the cool stuff.It was easy to assemble despite lack of instructions and it came with all the tools you need and extras20 mph is the rating ;) on a half charge I got it up to 30 mph. After another 3/4 charge I was pushing 33 and believe me you do not want to go much faster.Brakes are amazing this thing weighs around 100 lbs add my 180 = 280 stops on a dime.Slopes and hills.... nothing to say here im in Colorado loads of hills the 500 W motor tore up the street and pulled me up like it was nothing.Comfort. Love it Im legally blind and this is all I can drive to get around on. I had a small electric scooter before with a seat. This is a beast! its much larger than the pictures portray. And its very comfortable to ride one. The shocks work great.Tires= awesome no tube they are fat and its more like riding a motor cycle.Alarm... Yes it comes with an alarm and fob. The alarm is really loud. not only that you get 2 FObs and 2 sets of keys for the scooter and battery compartment.I have yet to determine max range but thus far speed exceeds listed specs a lot! and I did a 7 mile run on a partial battery with no issues and bars to spare.Be sure to open the battery compartment and plug in the battery (pro tip)!!It was a great investment for me and I highly recommend this product!

The seller is very hard to work with if you have issues. The tire popped within the first 45 days and they do not offer or supply spare tires. It was almost $90 to get a tire for the scooter. You cannot manually replace the tire yourself. I had to source out in tire shop that charged me $50 to put the new tire on. I went to nine different places to find someone who could put this tire on. After getting the tire repaired now the battery is completely dead and will not charge. The seller refuses to do refunds or replacements. I recommended do not purchase the scooter

This came with no instructions to put it together, so it is still unassembled. The box arrived a bit beat up. One of the fenders is cracked across one side where the holes are to put it together. No list of parts, so not sure if all is there. Because the box had a couple of holes and there were a couple of small loose parts inside.The plus side is that there is a manual. So, if it is ever assembled, I'll know how to operate it! :/

The machine was delivered early, that was good the packing was fine. But the product wasn’t complete every bolt on the scooter was loose no instructions whit the machine. Someone with no mechanic skills would of had a very difficult time finishing assemble.

Battery does not last as long as stated on a full charge.

I bought the scooter for my disabled adult son for Christmas. Due to weather we could not take it out to ride until just a couple weeks ago. We charged the battery and when we try to start it is does not start, looks like the battery is dead but will not charge anymore and charger light shows its fully charged.I have been trying to work with seller and they want me to take battery to a repair place. The closest one is over 2 hours away and they do not recommend trying to fix battery since it never did work. They say say new battery, because this one is defective. The seller claims they don't have replacement battery and will take months to get one. I then asked for a return or replacement of full scooter and they will not acknowledge my request.Horrible customer service, been trying to work with them since Feb 18, 2023. Takes days to get a response. I do not recommend buying from this seller.

I LOVE LOVE MY SCOOTER !! I FEEL LIKE A KID AGAIN. I HAVE GOTTEN THIS SCOOTER TO 52 KILOMETERS . BUT I ONLY WEIGH 110 POUNDS JUST UNDER 5 FEET , 58 YEARS OLD . IT COMES ASSEMBLED LIKE 90 % . YOU JUST HAVE TO SCREW ON YOUR HANDLEBARS , LIGHT AND SPEEDOMETER BATTERY USAGE WHICH BASICALLY IS PRETTY MUCH ATTACHED TO THE HANDLEBARS ALREADY. AND ALSO FINISH ATTACHING SEAT FIRMLY AND SAFELY TO YOUR SCOOTER. ALL THE HARDWARE AND TOOLS ARE IN A CUTE LITTLE ZIPPER BAG THAT COMES WITH THE SCOOTER THAT YOU WILL NEED TO FINISH THE ASSEMBLING YOUR SCOOTER. I HAD A CRACKED BACK FENDER UPON DELIVERY . I REPORTED IT THEY HAVE GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I JUST NEED TO TAKE A PICTURE AND SEND IT TO THEM SO THEY CAN SEND ME A NEW ONE .IM ABOUT TO DO THAT NOW, ALSO MY SCOOTER CAME SO MUCH FASTEER THAN POSTED.
