Make sure they get full sun in the day and don't throw away the box until you try them first.
I like these, and they look good in the yard, and give a nice orange flame-like glow, but they must get full sun during the day to last at least a few hours or more at night. However, one of them was not working, so since they come in a set of 4, I had to return all of them and replace them with the same thing, which Amazon was great to accommodate that replacement request. The second set was OK and I kept them.

Small but Bright Enough to Light a Pathway
These were much smaller in size than I expected compared to the last time I purchased the Solar Torches. They do work as advertised and I have had no problems with them. They get enough sun here in Florida to stay light all the way through the night. I still think they are good value for the money.

After three weeks, they don’t hold charge
After a few weeks, they stop charging the lights don’t come on at night the one that does it last after one hour in evening, then they die

I was happy with the product and how it shines a good light and the glimmer effect it gives off, looks good and not chintzy.

Wish they were a little bigger but have had them our for several months now and they look great. Actually look like fire lit torches. Love them.

Problem resolved for "No Customer Service for defective product"
My rating has been updated. The seller has replaced the 2 defective lamps and all is well now. Sadly, it's winter and I wont be able to use them for 6 months because they are very realistic looking flames. Old rating: My rating is based on the customer service or lack thereof I'm experiencing. I love the lights but 2 of them stopped working a month after their first use. they offered suggestions on fixing the problem but none have worked. It's been months now with no reply from them on replacing the defective ones so buyers beware. They were quite expensive and I expected much better than what I got but being ignored by the seller is not only insulting, it borders on illegal by selling a defective product and not honoring the warranty which I believe is 1 year. Amazon has been notified and I'm waiting on their reply.
