This is a great little mic. I would expect no less from sennheiser. The only issue is the foam wind filter muffles incoming audio quite a bit so if you're indoors there is no need to use it.

I bought it for my team/zoom calls on the road, and this thing sounds way better than the jabra evolve 65 line, and better than some bluetooth microphones (some no brand, but still better than headsets too).The fact that is usb-c, also helps a lot as one does not have time for setting up misconfiguration when using 3.5mm jacks (which in business laptops are not that good neither).

I wanted a simple, but effevtive solution for laptop bag. Works great (Chromebook)(Acer Spin 714). The packaging was basic at best, considering price point, and brand. Arrived fast, and undamaged, which I guess is all that metters. Sound quality is great, but do be aware of environment, this thing picks up EVERYTHING.

A good choice - it does the job wonderfully. Plug and play and easy to carry everywhere.

I have used it for working meetings together with earphones and the communication has improved significantly. More clarity in what I speak and less noise from the outside. Quality and performance are excellent.

I own Sennheiser headphones and microphones and was surprised to have so much trouble with their XS Lav Mobile mic. I have the version with the 3.5mm plug.I'm wearing it per the directions and it sounds faint when I record to an iPhone via an adapter. And the sound itself isn't very natural. It sounds the same way when I record it directly into a laptop.I can't get any sound when I plug it directly into my Tascam DR 07 portable recorder. It doesn't produce any sound whether or not I run power to it, or try mono or stereo, or adjust gain settings.Their customer service phone number was out of service. I just submitted this info to them in a written help desk ticket. I'll update this review if I get a helpful reply from them.

The audio recording quality is amazing - definitely worth the money.

Good quality, clear, good voice balance, eliminates a lot of background noise. However, the gain is incredibly low. On OBS I can adjust it manually (+20db!) and it sounds great. However, I have to rely on automatic settings in apps like zoom or built-in camera on iPhone. I wish there was a simple and cost-effective way to increase the gain on MacOS and iOS beyond what it thinks Is 100%. Right now it's running audio hijack and loopback to get more gain out of this thing.
