Nice cut

We bought this Saxon triple chip disc purposely to cut compact laminate worktop. Compact laminate is very hard and eats up normal disc's and jigsaw blades. This Saxon disc sailed though the work top at a nice stead pace. We made seven cuts and it's still cutting cleanly. We cut face down and you couldn't tell the difference, no chips or rips. Worth every penny. Very impressed and would buy again.

I bought this to cut 18mm melamine boards for a shelving system using a Dewalt DWE560-GB circular saw. The melamine coating is very thick so, from previous experience, I've found chipping to be a big problem which I've reduce previously through various ways but not perfectly. I decided to try this blade because its has 80T for fine cutting and is heavy duty to reduce going blunt on the melamine. The blade looks substantially higher quality than the blade that came with the saw. Of note, is it is thicker with a 2.4mm kerf, so you definitely need to be making sure you cut on the right side of the line.In regard to installing, it is critical that you read the label on the blade and ensure it is installed so that the cutting direction is the same direction as indicated on your saw. On my saw, this meant that the blade had to be flipped so the label is on the inside facing the saw.My Dewalt DWE-560 saw has a 16mm bore, whereas this blade is 20mm but comes with an adjuster ring. I was somewhat apprehensive as to how easy this would be to install, but it turns out to be extremely simple. I didn't have to hammer onto the blade or anything. I just placed the ring on the saw's spindle and then put the blade on ensuring it was seated correctly around the ring. Then finally placed the saw's holder on top, tighten by fingers first and then finally tighten with spanner whilst engaging the saw's lock.Finally, to the sawing. With saw unplugged, I set the depth of the blade so that that teeth were barely deeper than the thickness of the material. Literally 1/2 a tooth or less deeper. Then placed the material on a sacrifice board and cut along a fence board to achieve a straight line. I found I had to saw a bit slower than normal.The performance exceeded expectations. Normally, I'd expect the downside to have a better quality cut, but it actually turns out the upside was the cleaner cut. I made about 20 cuts with this blade and saw no deterioration in the quality of the cut.

I got a cheap circulaw saw off amazon for cutting some mfc to make a new kickboard for my wardrobe and some shelves but it came with very aggressive blades 24 and 40t count not fit for mfc, so i found this blade and fit it and im getting smooth clean without needing masking tape.the blade cuts like a champion, nice smooth edges.

Put this in the 18v evolution saw to cut some aluminium door frames and glazing tracks. Cuts were on par with the fued blades which are 3 times the price. Very happy.

These are great blades. Using on a dealt 560 gb circular saw.No tear out what so ever on melamine.

Bought this to make cuts laying laminate flooring. Went through 10mm laminate like a knife through butter. Clean cuts (cut face down) with no issues, even along full length planks. Done two rooms so far and there’s no signs of it dulling yet. Hoping it’ll last a lot longer just cutting laminate.
