KnorrCube Bouillon, Vegetable, 6 cubes, 2.1 oz

I wish its base was shea butter and not palm oil. Otherwise, incredible stuff! It brings the flavor and nutrition to any savory dish for an affordable price, and packs well for camping and prepping. I also like the easy portion control with the cubes. That helps me get enough of the flavor I crave while limiting salt. Just shave off as needed with a knife.

Good seasoning for rice, pasta and just for boiling veggies without adding salt. Good also just for drinking as broth.

Sip as a hot broth or put into soups for a punch of flavor. My favorite is to add one to the rice water before adding rice. I also use it with ramen noodles and throw out the packet that comes with them. My grocery stopped carrying them so I get them exclusively from Amazon now.

I love these little parts of bouillon cubes they are good to use when you're trying to cut out oil if you're using the ones with the meat flavors. Other than that I mostly personally like using the Tomato ones because for me that allows me to cut out the use of meat fats like what we call fatback was just like pig skin that's just salted. It gives that same taste as fatback when you use it in Greens.

You get what you pay for. An expensive vegetable broth, when made as per the directions, it is quite salty and has a pretty boring flavor. Depending on how you use it, this will still be better than using water (for rice, or whatever you're making)

I prefer this brand to others because it dissolves quickly and has a robust flavor.
