Good quality of sound to reproduce music, with rich bass. Still I am only giving it 3 stars because the 3.5mm Aux jack does not work neither for input nor output. In addition to listening to music, I wanted to use this speaker as a live voice amplifier, using a lapel wireless microphone and plugging the mic receiver to the aux, but the aux jack does not work at all. July 18, 2025 UPDATE ***** Upgrade to 5 stars! I’m updating my review and upgrading the speaker from 3 stars to 5 stars. It was my mistake that I couldn’t use this speaker as intended in the beginning. The 3-star rating I had given it originally, was an unfair score. When I was buying the speaker, I saw that it had a 3.5 mm AUX jack, but at that time I didn’t realize there were different types of jacks—and that’s why my wireless microphone didn’t work when I first tried to use this speaker as a voice amplifier. My wireless microphone receiver has a 3.5 mm TRRS plug, which means it has four metallic segments and three plastic rings separating them. But the speaker has a 3.5 mm TRS jack, which has only three metallic segments and two plastic rings. There was no way my microphone was ever going to work with it. That was entirely my mistake. How did I solve it? I got an adapter (it cost about $1.50 USD) with a female TRRS input on one side and a TRS output on the other—and everything works perfectly now! So now, not only do I have a speaker that works very well to play music from my PC or smartphone via Bluetooth (with clear sound and awesome bass), but I can also use it as a real-time voice amplifier that works flawlessly, with no noticeable latency. If you’re not familiar with TRS and TRRS types of jacks, take a look at the images I’ve included. I’m also uploading a photo of the adapter that solved the issue. Hope you find this helpful!

I love it, for the amount, it does exactly what I need. Easy to charge and know that it's charged, the bass and loudness is part of what I was looking for and it pulls through. Weight is outstanding, quality is great just don't drop it if you can help. Still does everything I need, just the buttons from the speaker don't work, oops 😂 I only need it to connect to my phone and be so loud anyways so,,, I love it! Lol

Update 2: the company reached out to me with options to make sure I was fully satisfied. I am, now. Thank you! Update: 1 month later and now I just have a paperweight. Turns on, connects and immediately shuts down. Sometimes it makes a beeping sound like a busy signal on a phone. 2 beeps then shuts down. Manual has no troubleshooting. Miatone website doesnt even have it listed as a product. Dont have the box anymore so i cant return it. Kinda sucks having to take this loss. Wish i knew what was wrong. Original review: i work in a kitchen, and bought this so everyone could enjoy music when possible. Didn't want to spend too much money because the last speakers we had got mistreated. Also, with all of the mess that flies around in the air, it's prone to getting dirty and didn't want to sacrifice an expensive speaker. This thing blew me away. Gets surprisingly loud. And the bass is impressive. Not deep, chest punch bass, but you can clearly make out bass guitars in rock and funk music, and even rap/hip-hop/edm had some carry. I'm impressed. Everyone else who has listened closely is impressed. Out of the box, mine was VERY dead. And it charges so slowly. So I thought the speaker was just DOA. But I just left it to charge and ran errands and came back to find out that I'm just stupid. It's got AUX in which is nice. Except barely anyone has a phone with a 3.5mm jack anymore so that's something. And the USB-C charging is a godsend. Micro USB broke on the last speaker we had. If you're on the fence about this one, just commit. It's worth it.

Great product

I’m all for sound quality. My credibility: I have a SONOS system that I love dearly. I bought these on a whim as Christmas gifts for family and just tested one out of the box and literally what you’re paying for is AMAZING. It’s very loud and the bass is great. It’s a tiny compact speaker, has a portable strap, and is just amazing for what you’re paying for. It was easy to turn on and connect to. It was either this or a JBL Go and honestly I feel like these sound better than the JBL. I say go with this one!!!

It’s about the size of a yeti tumbler, maybe a smidge bigger. But it sounds good. I have speakers from mi, xiaomi, huaweii, Bose, B&O, Sonos, Sony, Samsung, LG, JBL and on and on and on. Can’t help it I love Bluetooth speakers for some reason, and the cheaper and better sounding is what I am looking for now. And so far, these little gems have overshot their price point by a wide margin. Opened, plugged in and charged them -The plug is covered by a substantial soft plastic cover, even my hands had no problem opening the cover. Or putting it back in place. Under I was happy to see a usb type c connector, which is good, because it means in a year or two, when everything has gone to usb c it won’t be difficult finding a cable. There was also an aux connector, which you see less and less of. So if you have something that doesn’t use Bluetooth like a …..ummmmmm ….. something? You can still connect it. Powered on the one unit, connected to my phone right away and sounded good, the sound was good for some Spanish guitar music I was listening to, sounded beautiful but not enough bass for me, but these are small speakers, I didn’t expect to be able to shake the glass of water that was across the table. Opened the second one. Disconnected the first from bluetooth, turned the second one on and pressed the TWS button and bam, these things sounded great for the size. Going camping this weekend, going to bring these now and we’ll see how the battery life is. But for now, I’d have no reservations about recommending these speakers if they’re in your price point and you’re considering it. If you can though, I’d suggest getting two

This speaker is excellent! So bought a second to pair but couldn't pair with other black speaker as this one is purple. If you're buying two to pair, buy the same colour. A lot of wasted time trying to pair. NOT MADE CLEAR IN DESCRIPTION 🙄

This speaker beat my expectations. I did so much research before settling for the speaker and turned out to be way better than I could have imagined. As someone who loves afrobeat music it has a good bass and the sound quality is crisp and if you're someone who's used to the JBL Style this speaker is the closest you could get to it (but as a smaller version ofc).

the bass for the speaker is quite exceptional, delivers a powerful oomf to the songs you’d love to blast out loud and you just want to feel the beat; despise the fact that it does die quite quickly quite so often but that depends on the level of volume you tend to use it at majority of the time; connectivity can be quite hassling especially when juggling between two or more devices as it’ll forget the device it initially connects to, value for money should be cheaper due to the inefficiencies that come along with the device. The distortion can be quite stressful especially when toggling the equaliser when you attempt to bump up the bass using software on whatever device you choose to connect the speaker to, but overall speaking, it’s a good speaker ish
